
Spring Ball divisions correspond with the player's age as of January 1 of the current year.
Ages per division are subject to change pending skill levels, experience or overall league dynamics.
Tee Ball
Ages 4
Mission: Have fun! An introductory instructional program that is 100% instructional and non-competitive.
Details: Typical Tee Ball rules, all players hit in the inning.
Rookie Minors
Ages 5, 6, 7
Mission: Have fun while introducing basic baseball concepts and skills; 80% instructional and 20% competitive.
Details: Coach pitch with tee save, real outs played but all batters hit in the inning.
Rookie Majors
Ages 8, 9
Mission: Establish more skills and game concepts; 50% instructional and 50% competitive.
Details: Kid pitch with coach save on a walk, real outs played and some modified rules such as no stealing.
Cal Ripken
Ages 10, 11, 12
Mission: Support full baseball games; 80% competitive and 20% instructional.
Details: Full 46'/60' Little League baseball, including stealing, with only minor rule modifications.
Babe Ruth
Ages 13, 14, 15, 16
Mission: Full baseball games; 100% competitive.
Details: Full 60'/90' field and no modifications.
